The main road to all parts of Orkney passes within the vicinity of the house allowing easy access to all parts
of the islands, from Burwick in South Ronaldsay to the Broch of Birsay in the north and the port of Stromness in the west
of the west mainland, where the car ferry Hamnavoe docks from Scrabster on the Scottish Mainland, Caithness. The other main port at Hatston, Kirkwall
is only a 10 minute drive from the property- this dock serves Shetland and Aberdeen
by the Hjatland and Hrossey ships of the Nortlink Line. In the harbour of Kirkwall
departs the inter island fleet of the Orkney line to all the islands to the north and east of Orkney. The airport at Grimbister
is only a 10 minute drive away, so you will be centrally located for all aspects of the island's attractions.

The
house was only built in 2003 and is equipped to a high standard having one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and
a twin room- both rooms having built in wardrobes, and clock radio alarms. The whole house has fitted carpets; the family
bathroom has an electric over-bath shower plus a shaving socket and a mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge,
washing machine and numerous other appliances. The whole house is heated with oil by a combi boiler, the lounge has a television/DVD/CD
player music centre with Freeview television, two large settees and a recliner leather chair.
All heating, lighting and linen is included in the hire cost.
